BG 18.27

One who acts with attachment, seeks the fruit of their actions, who is greedy, cruel, or swayed by delight or sorrow, is said to be of an passionate nature.

रागी कर्मफलप्रेप्सुर्लुब्धो हिंसात्मकोऽशुचिः
हर्षशोकान्वितः कर्ता राजसः परिकीर्तितः
